Hi, I’m Allan Simmons and I’ve been carpet cleaning since 1988. I STILL own a multi-van carpet cleaning business and a fully automated rug spa cleaning business. Those businesses give me a residual income that means I’m now able to pursue other interests, and, have more time for what matters most, my family. I’ve done it by building systems AND proven lead generation and nurturing strategies, and I’ll be sharing those soon. You can achieve your goals too, and it won’t take you 35+ years, as I’ll be sharing what I’ve proven works, right now.
I’m still in the industry, and understand the market today, at whatever price you charge. I’m not a “Web designer” or a “Social media marketing agency” run by someone who has little, or no experience in our industry. The people involved with me running this are also systems and/or marketing experts, not an apprentice cutting their teeth. Everyone must start somewhere, but not with your, or my budget!

I can share and run proven Facebook ad strategies, and a little later, proven Google Ads too if you wish. It’s all done on an online platform, where all the communications between you and the lead are managed in a simple interface, AND it can be accessed through an app on your phone whilst you’re out and about too. I can run the ads, you deal with the enquiries, it’s that simple. I’ll even let you know as soon as a lead comes in, so you don’t let the enquiry go cold and can get in touch straight away. I’ll also set up the autoresponders to the client to let them know you’re aware and will respond as soon as you can. You’ll instantly look far more professional and organised than other cleaners they are contacting. There's even an option to have AI handle the initial enquiries, and filter the enquiries for you.
